Whether you\u2019re looking to improve your technique, build endurance, or simply enjoy the water with like-minded people, we have a place for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We currently offer casual swim sessions, but we are actively looking to introduce coach-led training sessions as soon as a suitable coach is appointed. To ensure everyone gets the most out of our sessions, we have a minimum swimming requirement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You should be able to comfortably swim at least 1km within a 1-hour session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don\u2019t require competitive experience, but you should be confident swimming multiple lengths in a pool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you&#8217;re unsure whether you meet the requirement, feel free to come along and give it a try!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What to Expect in a Typical Session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our sessions are structured to balance endurance, technique, and fun. Here\u2019s an example of what a workout might look like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 \u00d7 300m (30s rest) \u2013 2\u00d7 (100m easy freestyle \/ 50m backstroke DPS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 \u00d7 150m (30s rest) \u2013 100m easy freestyle \/ 50m backstroke drill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 \u00d7 75m (20s rest) \u2013 25m hard backstroke \/ 50m easy freestyle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 \u00d7 300m (30s rest) \u2013 2\u00d7 (100m easy freestyle \/ 50m easy backstroke)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inclusive &amp; Supportive<\/strong> \u2013 Open to swimmers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
